![]() Their note taking system has always seemed really thorough to me (in fact I had an appointment last week with a new doc and I mentioned I was starting a new job, and she went “oh and you’re a preschool teacher right?” So it had clearly been noted in my chart and she read it before our appointment.) I feel like this carries over into their overall communication, I really like their app messaging system and feel like it’s better than most doctors offices I’ve experienced. Personally I tend to visit several of their locations depending on whether I’m coming from work/home, so I see several different providers anyways and like that their system makes it easy for different staff to get familiar with my history quickly. The virtual doc options that don’t require a copay make their annual fee worth it for me. I’ve been using one medical for years and I love it.
